The Aspen Food & Wine Classic returns June 19–21, bringing together top chefs, tastemakers, and industry insiders for three days of tastings, panels, and unforgettable experiences set against the backdrop of Aspen. This year, our Founder, Simon Kim, will take the stage as a panelist, representing both COTE Korean Steakhouse and Coqodaq. On both Saturday, June 20th and Sunday, June 21st, Coqodaq will host a special pop-up experience, Bubble & Crunch: A Champagne & Fried Chicken Marriage Made in Heaven—an indulgent celebration featuring signature bites like the 24K Caviar Nugget, flowing champagne towers, and more. In collaboration with Rockwell Group, the space has been reimagined as a multi-layered dining destination: COTE 550, a continuation of the brand’s signature energy and craft; Bar Chimera, a three-part bar devoted to wine, whiskey, and the martini; and, arriving this fall, Sushi Yoshitake, an intimate omakase from Michelin-starred chef Masahiro Yoshitake.
